The Spanish Association of Pediatrics (AEP) collaborates selflessly as a medical-scientific advisor in this series and supervises that the content of the chapters is adapted to the standards of pediatric health care of excellence that guarantees the best health, development and integrity of the child and of the adolescent. The AEP represents about 14,000 pediatricians who work in both health centers and hospitals.
